      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
      - Obtain new accounts and maintain existing ones by providing exceptional customer service
      - Close new accounts through face-to-face interactions and respond to inquiries via various communication methods
      - Research new business opportunities and identify potential upselling projects
      - Manage existing accounts to promote relationships and grow revenue while ensuring client expectations are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction or crane industries
      - Established contacts and experience selling in the Southeast region (TN, AL, GA, KY, VA, NC, SC & FL)
      - Strong relationship development, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with project management and job estimating
      - Ability to adapt to different personality types while working with clients
      - Proven background in effectively closing key orders and maintaining key accounts
      - Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities
