      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become a subject matter expert in the employer's products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes
      - Build and maintain new customer relationships, following up on company-generated leads to drive customer conversion
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings
      - Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience
      - Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%)
      - Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments
      - Hospital credentialing readiness and capability to manage emergency support scenarios
      - Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance

      - Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in surgical settings
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
