What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and electronic channels to access account information and product offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service to build positive rapport with every interaction
- Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals consistently
- Manage time effectively to handle incoming calls and upsell products and services
- Document information exchanged during calls accurately and maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 6 months of inside sales experience or 1 year of relevant sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 8 AM - 11 PM EST
