      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Sales, ensuring successful territory execution and opportunity management
      - Maintain continuity across deals by identifying next steps, risks, and gaps in opportunities
      - Translate sales strategy into structured execution for discovery, demos, proposals, and meetings
      - Develop and maintain expertise in the employer's solution portfolio to align with prospect needs
      - Lead live sales demonstrations tailored to specific audiences, showcasing technology and solution value

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or technology-enabled solution sales
      - Proven experience with complex B2B sales cycles and executive-facing technology demonstrations
      - Strong understanding of employer-sponsored health benefits and healthcare navigation models
      - Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading or supporting executive-level sales presentations
      - Familiarity with the healthcare navigation industry and its dynamics
      - Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and synthesizing insights
