What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive census development by supporting various communities in achieving sales goals
- Manage lead database and analyze reports to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct quality tours and follow-up communications with prospects and families
- Document weekly inventory of room availability and assist with move-in processes
- Collaborate with community teams to ensure a positive first impression for prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role
- At least three years of sales experience in senior living
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 75-100%
- Strong understanding of senior living services and amenities

- Experience in sales strategy development and execution within the senior living sector
- Proven track record of increasing community occupancy rates
- Familiarity with competitor analysis and market trends in senior living
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration
