What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive market share growth and profitability for the CT business nationally
- Lead a team of CT Specialists with effective communication, accountability, and succession planning
- Identify customer needs and develop strategies for business growth, including multi-system and multi-modality deals
- Establish replacement plans and large-scale partnerships with compliance agreements
- Manage RFP alignment for bundled deals in accordance with pricing and value-add strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the CT industry, with prior experience leading a sales team
- Proven sales experience in the Medical Device, technology, and/or Radiology industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with impactful presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for the sales position
