      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Acquire new travel advisor affiliates by converting inbound leads through various channels
      - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to consistently meet recruiting goals
      - Manage prospective agent data in CRM, ensuring accurate documentation of communications
      - Represent the employer at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to attract new advisors
      - Follow up with prospects to facilitate onboarding and nurture relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound call center, sales, or travel agency recruiting
      - Ability to travel up to 10% for recruitment events and shows
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and activity goals
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Experience with web-based presentations and online presentation execution
      - Highly motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to team-based selling
