What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all products in the market meet company freshness standards through regular inspections
- Execute marketing and sales programs to enhance product visibility and drive sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Identify and secure new on-premises and off-premises distribution opportunities
- Plan and execute consumer engagement events to promote brand awareness and gather feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred, with familiarity in the Central and Western North Carolina markets
- Experience within some aspect of the three-tier system or customer service industry preferred
- Valid Driver's License for the state where work is performed and a clean driving record
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results
