What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
- Coordinate sales activities to promote sales and achieve growth targets
- Understand and communicate customer needs to foster strong relationships
- Collaborate with the Printing & Packaging Solutions team and channel partners to solve customer problems
- Maintain customer data in the employer's global CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in distribution sales in paper, print, tape, or similar manufactured products, with a preference for Flexo
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence complex organizational structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to travel by air and automobile up to 70% of the time; valid driver's license and passport required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish language capability is a plus
