What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to determine eligibility for the Ticket to Work program
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a case load inventory
- Assist clients interested in the Ticket to Work program and those approved for Social Security Disability Income
- Provide information on vocational services including resume help, job searches, and interview preparation
- Navigate multiple computer software programs efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service-related field or two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a federal background check, including fingerprinting
- High level of initiative and drive to succeed with strong problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales or intake role
- Familiarity with government programs related to disability services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a remote training environment
- Ability to thrive in a competitive work atmosphere
