What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive census development and meet monthly sales productivity goals
- Manage lead database and analyze key reports to develop strategies
- Conduct daily internal sales activities and provide accurate customer information
- Coordinate with team members to ensure outstanding first impressions for prospects
- Conduct tours, visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
- Documentation of weekly inventory and room availability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and support a positive work environment
