      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support community occupancy and sales goals by managing sales activities at assigned locations
      - Maintain and analyze lead database to develop effective sales strategies
      - Conduct tours and communicate with potential residents and families through various channels
      - Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies
      - Document and coordinate all necessary information for successful resident move-ins

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
      - Minimum of five years' experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
      - Ability to travel 100% and live near a large metro airport
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in senior living sales or related healthcare sales roles
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis in the senior living industry
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
