      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
      - Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting techniques
      - Leverage data-driven territory management to engage target end users and position solutions effectively
      - Develop and maintain an active, accurate pipeline in CRM to support financial goals
      - Build strong relationships with key distributor/converter stakeholders to drive sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industrial sales experience (5+ years)
      - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence complex organizational structures
      - Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
      - Must have a current, valid driver's license and the physical ability to drive for lengthy periods
      - Availability for air/auto travel up to 70% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Customer Relationship Management software
      - Ability and willingness to adapt work schedule to meet customer needs
      - Spanish language capability is a plus
