      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership globally, supporting the Corporate Sales segment and BDR organization
      - Manage "run the business" activities, including forecasting, data triangulation, and synthesizing insights for quarterly business reviews
      - Analyze business health, identify challenges and opportunities for growth, and develop actionable plans
      - Oversee the sales annual planning process, focusing on capacity allocation and go-to-market strategy
      - Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of total experience
      - Minimum of 2 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within high-growth companies, or equivalent experience in strategy consulting or investment banking with a focus on tech/SaaS
      - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
      - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose business challenges and propose actionable solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and/or SQL
      - Proven track record of driving results and holding oneself accountable for commitments
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive alignment
