What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support to Cruise Consultants, fulfilling their responsibilities in their absence
- Process quote requests and input transaction details into the reservation system promptly
- Generate and manage scheduled reports, including Final Billing and payment reminders
- Book cruise reservations and recommend ancillary items like insurance and hotels
- Address client issues and ensure satisfactory resolution while involving management as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in the cruise market
- Proficient in using Cruise Line booking tools and other technology
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly disposition
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Cruise Lines or Travel Agencies
- Educational background in travel-related programs or degrees
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Zoom
