      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously on behalf of multiple assisted living and memory care communities
      - Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding community care, services, amenities, and costs
      - Log, update, and maintain all lead data within the designated database or CRM system
      - Screen inquiries to determine potential resident needs and facilitate appropriate follow-up actions
      - Collaborate with community staff to support occupancy goals and resident engagement efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
      - Compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional education or experience in customer service or healthcare
      - Proficiency in using CRM or lead management systems
      - Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, or senior living environment
