What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries
- Research and provide technical specifications for products, including finding alternatives for customers
- Assist with pricing requests, quotes, and ensure necessary samples and literature are sent to customers
- Resolve customer complaints related to backorders, delivery times, and product issues
- Maintain positive communication with customers and various company departments to enhance account satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years in a Sales Support role or relevant industry experience with a proven track record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized data entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop alternative solutions
- Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
