What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide retail support for customers, including training on retail execution and compliance with brand image standards
- Improve PMPS through effective retail execution and maintaining brand image components
- Develop plans to enhance retailers' store-level execution and operational focus
- Influence retailers to utilize available marketing programs and improve their overall image
- Conduct facility assessments and manage the implementation of retail sales promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Support or recent college graduates with a focus on sales growth
- Strong understanding of finance and ability to work with numbers
- Desire to learn the business and grow within the organization
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Ability to interact positively with a variety of personalities and individuals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail marketing or related fields
- Familiarity with branded promotional programs
- Strong analytical skills to assess retail performance
- Ability to travel to local stores on a daily basis
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to retail operations
