What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Confer with travel agents and customers by telephone or electronically to provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist clients with opening a claim and managing claims status checks
- Provide advice to concert, event, and festival attendees on their best course of action
- Respond to general emails and voicemails while managing primary sales support for major account calls
- Assist in defusing service issues or complaints and escalate major ones to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in an insurance company or insurance agency is a significant advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office software skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish
- General travel knowledge from personal or professional experience
