What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sales team by creating quotes and opportunities within an assigned territory
- Assist with requests for samples and marketing collateral
- Manage general tasks such as scheduling meetings, revising quotes, and following up with customers
- Provide administrative support in Salesforce, including account and contact management
- Conduct additional research and tasks as needed to facilitate sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales support role
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and methodical
- Strong computer skills with a quick aptitude for new technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written communication skills and a passion for education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
