      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track key metrics and generate reports on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
      - Complete operational tasks, including forms, reports, and confirmations to support the team
      - Communicate regularly with Recruitment regarding open needs and updates
      - Manage billing audits to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with ATS
      - Serve as a point of connection with Credentialing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Recruitment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple deadlines
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in operational support or a related field
      - Familiarity with billing audits and compliance tracking
      - Problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor in challenging situations
      - Ability to build deep knowledge of clients within the assigned territory
