What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform clerical work while training for a sales tax accounting function
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks
- Utilize Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiently for data management
- Collaborate with team members while also being self-sufficient
- Assist in educating and supporting companies and tax professionals regarding multi-state tax nuances
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of recent accounting and/or clerical experience
- Strong command of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual candidates are preferred due to global company interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree in a relevant field is ideal, but strong candidates without a degree will be considered
- Previous experience in sales tax accounting or related fields
