      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customer engagement and coordination for the Walmart business, ensuring sales performance meets company goals
      - Maintain daily communication with Walmart buyers to support category management and sales strategy
      - Execute sales strategies and negotiate terms to achieve financial objectives
      - Collaborate with internal teams for inventory optimization and in-store execution of strategies
      - Identify and communicate opportunities and challenges to senior leadership to drive business success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of retail industry experience in progressively responsible positions
      - Strong commercial maturity and negotiation skills for managing partnerships
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred
      - Proven ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships
      - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex strategies clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in the trading card or retail distribution industry
      - Experience managing and leading a team
