What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and train new hires on the sales process and product-specific information for the employer's Small Business brand
- Conduct daily/weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives and facilitate training exercises
- Prepare training materials and evaluate outcomes after each session
- Train brokers and partners on the employer's sales process and specific products
- Collaborate across departments to address sales training needs and influence outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of SMB lending experience as an individual contributor
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Highly focused on executing and delivering training material and sessions
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales training role within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with online training platforms and learning management systems
- Proven track record of improving sales performance in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services offered to small businesses
