      At a Glance

      Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Training & Development Specialist to join the Data, Power and Control team. This remote role plays a key part in building a scalable, inclusive onboarding and training experience that helps sales professionals succeed from day one and continue growing throughout their careers.

      In this role, you will work closely with partners across Sales, Product Management, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Marketing, and Logistics to gather expertise and translate it into clear, repeatable training frameworks. Your work will help create consistency, clarity, and confidence for sales teams across multiple business units.

      What You Will Do
      • Design and implement structured onboarding programs for various sales roles across multiple business units
      • Develop role-based training frameworks that clarify what learning is needed, when, and why
      • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather knowledge and align training priorities
      • Translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible training structures
      • Create templates, tools, and repeatable processes that support consistent training development
      • Manage a centralized onboarding and training roadmap aligned to business priorities
      • Define and manage an intake process for new training needs to support thoughtful prioritization
      • Identify gaps in onboarding and training coverage and recommend practical solutions
      • Partner with sales leaders to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives
      • Facilitate onboarding or training sessions as needed, presenting to a variety of audiences
      • Collaborate, learn, and adapt as business needs evolve


      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
      • Approximately 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, program management, sales operations, or a related area
      • Experience working within a commercial, manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain environment is helpful but not required
      Skills and Capabilities
      • Ability to build programs, frameworks, or processes from the ground up
      • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence facilitating both small and large groups
      • Comfort managing multiple projects with organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
      • Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, structured formats
      • Experience collaborating across teams with different perspectives and priorities
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
      • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
