What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage the sales training curriculum for TEPEZZA in the U.S.
- Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for sales leaders and strategic account managers
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain sales training resources and presentations
- Build and maintain external strategic partnerships with industry thought leaders and vendors
- Create a tactical plan for training initiatives aligned with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate or Master's degree with 2 years of sales/commercial leadership training experience; or Bachelor's degree with 4 years; or Associate's degree with 8 years; or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify commercial training needs and leadership development strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including overnight and weekend commitments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with rare diseases, particularly in ophthalmology and endocrinology
- Decision-making skills leading to successful outcomes
- Experience working within a matrix organization
- Strong strategy and planning abilities
- Ability to collaborate and support cross-functional teams
