  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Communicate via telephone with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours, explaining available opportunities and answering questions
  - Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for an employer property
  - Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
  - Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners
  - Check availability of accommodations and dates, providing alternative options if needed
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Must be available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  - Ability to perform physical tasks such as overhead reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  - Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
  - Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience in a call center or sales environment
  - Familiarity with hospitality or vacation services
  - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
