What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers and potential owners via outbound and inbound calls to sell preview package sales/tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation
- Check accommodation availability and find alternatives if first choices are not available
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with hospitality or vacation services industry
