What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement company-supported sales concepts in accordance with industry, company, and compliance standards
- Drive substantial target premium sales through third-party producers
- Offer point-of-sale and post-sale support, building relationships with producers and clients
- Collaborate with new business and marketing teams to recommend carrier, product, and pricing alternatives
- Leverage CRM technology for reporting and documentation of sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 3 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling, with a focus on client-facing point-of-sale interactions
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to pursuing sales opportunities and building relationships
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of insurance products and technical planning techniques
- Relevant designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, Series 7 and/or Series 24, Series 6, Series 63, Life, Accident & Health licenses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with financial advisors inside institutional relationships and RIAs is a plus
