What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact potential leads who are pre-qualified to schedule appointments
- Establish connections with new clients to build lasting relationships
- Develop expertise in insurance products to effectively address customer needs
- Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Participate in weekly training sessions over Zoom to stay engaged with the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to pass a background check and reside in the USA with authorization to work
- Should possess a computer/laptop equipped with a camera, microphone, and reliable Internet service
- Must either have or be willing to promptly obtain a Life Insurance license in their respective state
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a desire to assist individuals by offering solutions
- Display perseverance, determination, and a proactive work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in life insurance or related fields
- Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of building client relationships
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom
