What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders to drive sales growth
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Director
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and buying criteria
- Manage sales activity and customer communication through CRM
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to gather market insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling engineered solutions or servicing refrigeration systems
- Experience in the pharmaceutical infrastructure market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read architectural drawings and understand electrical and refrigeration systems
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyze data for problem-solving
