What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Salesforce evangelist, enhancing business processes through application improvements
- Build and optimize automations using Salesforce tools to streamline operations
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and other aspects of Salesforce user management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Conduct regular internal system audits and assist with security projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and data management practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment while meeting deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related or financial field
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Familiarity with Health Cloud data model or Marketing Cloud automation journeys
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado
- Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or Lightning App Builder customization
