What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Salesforce architecture and design strategy across platforms
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions
- Oversee the Salesforce Development team, providing mentorship and technical guidance
- Design and deliver workflow solutions using Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and J2EE technologies
- Maintain integrations with external platforms, including MuleSoft
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years in systems analysis and design, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, OmniStudio (Vlocity), and Health Cloud
- Proficient in Agile methodology, DevOps frameworks, and deployment tools like Gearset
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Specialist, App Customization, Process Automation, etc.)
- Experience with Trailhead Superbadges
- Development experience in .NET (VB.NET, C#), REST APIs, Angular, or similar JS frameworks
