- Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and governance.
- Hands-on development and configuration using Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform customization.
- Drive Agentforce (AI capabilities in Salesforce) design and implementation, with proven recent project experience.
- Define data architecture, data models, and data integration strategies leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization across all Salesforce platforms.
- Manage integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Required: 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, strong certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect or equivalent), and a hands-on delivery mindset.
