What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Components
- Support configuration activities including workflows, validation rules, and process automation
- Assist in creating customized reports and dashboards for federal stakeholders
- Contribute to data cleanup and transformation tasks, maintaining data integrity
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and coding standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and data model
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required within 6 months of hire)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred or obtained within the first year)
- Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional (preferred or obtained within the first year)
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred or obtained within the first year)
