What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and process improvements
- Lead discovery sessions focused on Field Service Lightning, technician operations, customer support, and service workflows
- Act as first-line support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving user questions
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with change management and training for new Salesforce features
- Promote continuous improvement across Salesforce Service and Field Service Lightning capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business, technology)
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a hybrid Business Analyst/Salesforce Admin role
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Field Service Lightning Consultant
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Flow, Process Builder, and mobile workforce solutions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Background in supporting service operations or field technicians
- Knowledge of data management and reporting in Salesforce
