What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define business processes and functional requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, advising on features and custom development
- Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments
- Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring high-quality deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Salesforce certification plus at least two consultant-level certifications
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments
- Strong understanding of data migration, data integration, and related tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Familiarity with integration middleware concepts
- Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Business Analyst Certification
- Industry-specific experience in Healthcare Payer
