What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Salesforce applications through all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to production deployments
- Quickly learn new features, tools, and technologies while effectively communicating with stakeholders and teams
- Ensure development efforts align with business and end-user requirements, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Support proof-of-concepts and contribute to technical solutions by collaborating with developers
- Exhibit strong verbal and written documentation skills to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years; must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with declarative development on Salesforce
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations and knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development
