What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Build and maintain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support data migration efforts, including ETL processes and bulk data operations
- Translate requirements into technical solutions and prototypes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with technical teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations and middleware tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment pipelines
- Experience in an agile development environment
