What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
- Lead development efforts across Service Cloud, including Case Management automation and workflow enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in medium-to-large org environments
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Case Management and Omni-Channel routing
- Advanced technical proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, platform events)
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agentforce (AI bots, agent assistance)
- Copado DevOps experience (pipelines, deployments, version control)
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
