What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business processes
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers
- Strong understanding of API integrations, RESTful and SOAP services, Mulesoft, and middleware platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and customization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including version control and automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements
