- Salesforce Developer certification(s)
- 7+ years working in Salesforce with 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Must have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Service Voice Cloud (including Amazon Connect)
- Salesforce analytics configuration experience is required
- Salesforce complex flow configuration experience is required
- Candidates with experience with Commerce Cloud and/or CPQ will have preference.
- Understand data integrations between various enterprise applications (a.o. Boomi to 3rd party applications (SAP, PowerBI, Workday))
- Experience with queues, email to Case and complex routing
- Experience with territories and bulk changes
- Experience in building new applications with Salesforce
