What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage source code control, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and automation of Salesforce deployments using Jenkins
- Configure, customize, and deploy features using Salesforce Service Cloud, including UI/UX and data integrations
- Implement DevOps best practices and cybersecurity measures
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure code development aligns with best practices
- Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and maintain data integrity of the Salesforce platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud design/development
- 5+ years of experience in Source Code Management (SCM) and DevOps using Jenkins
- Proficiency in GIT and experience setting up CD/CI pipelines
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity measures and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
- Experience with automation tools like GitLab
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies
