What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement information systems solutions to address client requirements and enhance applications
- Conduct systems analysis, design, and development as an individual contributor on complex projects
- Direct less experienced resources and coordinate systems development tasks for small to medium scope efforts
- Prepare technical and functional specifications and maintain documentation for development efforts
- Provide consultation services on application functionalities and promote adherence to development standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate's degree and 4 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including 4 years in systems analysis/application development
- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist in issue resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to target audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Good understanding of the employer's application framework
- Proven understanding of supported applications and interfacing/integrated applications
- Experience working in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Ability to multitask across various components of moderately complex to complex projects
