What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their growth and addressing knowledge gaps
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage project scope and complexity, making realistic commitments for new initiatives
- Establish a Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with business leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Balance day-to-day administrative tasks with strategic architectural and development initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing direct reports
- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Architecture, including Development and Admin
- 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce Development and Admin projects specifically in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, including scope estimation and adaptability to changing requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Development, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with contract negotiations and vendor relationship management
