      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering their professional development through mentorship
      - Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective project delivery and adherence to best practices
      - Oversee the assessment of new initiatives to ensure realistic commitments are made
      - Balance administrative duties with strategic architectural and development initiatives
      - Establish a Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business leadership and organizational strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports, showcasing a passion for coaching and mentoring
      - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture (Admin & Development)
      - 3+ years of experience leading Admin and Development projects within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
      - Strong problem-solving and project management skills, including the ability to adapt to changing requirements
      - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Development, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Experience with contract negotiations and vendor relationship management
