As an Enterprise Account Director, you'll cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives, build a pipeline of new opportunities, and leverage data to improve business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of new opportunities through networking, prospecting, and sales and marketing activities
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, including Salesforce.com and other vendors
- Improve employer's CRM database and leverage data to scale business development efforts
- Understand customer's business model and present employer's value proposition and solutions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
- Achieve activity goals and quarterly quotas
- Track all sales activities within internal systems
- Develop and evolve channel partnerships
- Understand the competitive landscape and position employer's unique value proposition
- Support revenue-focused initiatives and identify new markets and partnership opportunities
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- 8+ years of proven professional experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or media
- Minimum 2+ years of experience selling professional services in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Previous experience selling through channel partners
- Prior experience utilizing Salesforce.com CRM
- Strong organizational and productivity skills
- High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
