  What You Will Do:
  
  We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements and ongoing support initiatives within a Patient CRM team. This contract role is remote with occasional onsite presence as needed. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance patient engagement and support services.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business and system requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications
  • Manage backlog refinement in partnership with Product Owners
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
  • Support UAT planning and defect triage
  • Maintain traceability between requirements and delivered solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within CRM workflows
  
  Qualifications:
  • 6-8+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Experience supporting Salesforce platforms; Health Cloud preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows and patient engagement processes
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications a plus
