      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, user stories, and KPIs; map "as-is" and "to-be" workflows to drive alignment and best practices
      - Understand Health Cloud data model decisions, flows, and security controls; escalate complex build needs to technical teams
      - Define standards for workflows, membership, and PHI safeguards; coordinate with MuleSoft teams
      - Run backlog grooming, UAT, and Jira change control; publish quarterly roadmaps and status reports
      - Deliver training and governance, and coach teams on best practice security and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master's degree with 5 years of work-related experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration
      - Salesforce Administration, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio certification is required
      - Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems
      - Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) workflows and processes
      - Experience in Developer Console and automation
      - Experience in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
