What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop custom components and advanced integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Write and optimize SQL to segment audiences and update data extensions
- Manage and create journeys, automations, and campaigns, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting errors
- Administer and maintain the SFMC platform, including campaign performance and deliverability
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in both administrative and development capacities
- Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
- Experience with campaign execution, deliverability monitoring, segmentation, and subscriber management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating business needs into technical tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and loyalty marketing experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight
- Agency experience or corporate in-house agency experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications encouraged
