What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze user stories and requirements to create and maintain test cases and test data
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Log defects with clear steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence; verify fixes and perform re-tests
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects to support coverage and release confidence
- Support UAT by preparing test scripts, assisting users, and triaging issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years QA experience testing Salesforce or similar enterprise web applications
- Strong ability to write clear test cases and defect reports, and collaborate with delivery teams
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination as a condition of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) (preferred)
